View Your Chat history
I am considering installing Brosix at my office. One option that I wanted to ask about was a logging capability. Does Brosix log all of the chats? Brosix saves history of your chat sessions. Just select the user and click on the View History button. https://www.brosix.com/features/chat-history/
How to Add a Person to your Contact List?
To add a person to your contact list, go to the menu “Contacts – Add contact”. Type the username, first name or last name in the field and click the “Search” button. Once the list is filled, double-click on the user you want to add to your contacts list.
Invalid username or password
I cannot log into Brosix, it says Invalid username or password. It is possible you have Brosix for a different Team Network. Enter the number of your Brosix instant messaging network and then your Brosix name and password.
I cannot make audio/video calls
I cannot transfer files/I cannot make audio/video calls/I cannot send screenshot. Please, make sure your personal or corporate firewalls allow access to Brosix servers. Here is a list of the servers https://help.brosix.com/brosix-servers/
