How can I delete my Team Network?

You can remove all user accounts as well as your personal and corporate information from your Team profile. Go to Web Control Panel and do so.

No, you cannot. Your account name is unique inside the network it is created. That’s why switching to another network is not a good idea – if there is another account with the same name, it may cause problems. So, if you want to join another network, create a new account for that network.
