Need to update your payment details?
To change the credit card (or PayPal account) used for Brosix services, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Web Control Panel
- Go to the Billing section
- Open the Payment Methods tab
There, you’ll see all currently authorized payment methods – credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal accounts.
You can:
- Add a new payment method by clicking the “New payment method” button and following the instructions
- Deactivate any payment method you no longer wish to use
Tip: Make sure your default payment method is active to avoid interruptions in service.
