How to prevent my users to search for other users in my team network?

You can disable the “Allow contacts” option for a particular user or for the entire IM network. If “Allow contacts” is disabled the user cannot search for others in the IM network.

Go to the Web Control Panel

A. To disable “Allow contacts” for one user

1. Go to the Users tab
2. Find the user you want to modify and click on its username
3. Disable the “Allow contacts” option

B. To disable “Allow contacts” for all users in the IM network

1. Go to Settings – Options tab
2. Disable the “Allow contacts” option
