How to keep and access the chat history of a disabled account?

We recently had an employee who left the company. We would like to deactivate his account, but want to save a copy of his chat log prior, so that we can access it if needed. How can we do this?

Login your Web Control Panel – net.brosix.com -> Users -> “Chat History Archive” and download the archive of log files.
