How to protect some users data?

To protect user chat history from being accessed by other administrators, please do this:

1. Go to user account in Users – User Accounts and click on the user
2. Go to Security tab of this user
3. Click the “Security Level” button to make it “Restricted”

Repeat this for all users whose data you want to protect.

 ​

Now go to Settings – Administrators.

For Administrators who should have NO access to the “Restricted” users to this:

1. Click on the wrench icon just below the administrator name
2. Make sure their “Security Level” is “Normal”

For Administrators who should HAVE access to the “Restricted” users to this:

1. Click on the wrench icon just below the administrator name
2. Make sure their “Security Level” is “High”.
